About the role

Influencer Talent Management Intern

Creators United is looking for a passionate and motivated intern to join our team! This role is ideal for a senior graduating in Spring of 2026. We are an influencer talent agency dedicated to building the careers of food & cooking influencers. We focus primarily on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube creators. We’re looking for someone highly motivated, detail-oriented, and deeply tapped into creator culture who is interested in pursuing a career in talent management. Must be a positive, creative, and dedicated hard worker who can balance many tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Seek out brand partnerships for the talent on CU’s roster
  • Assist in representing the personal brands of leading social media personalities
  • Scout and sign influencers who are looking for management
  • Assist in managing creator relationships & day-to-day communications
  • Manage the administrative work involved with brand collaborations
  • Contribute to CU’s social media accounts
  • Stay on top of trends in social media & the influencer marketing space
