Role Overview

This position is designed for a truly T-shaped marketer: someone capable of formulating high-level strategy and executing every detail with speed, precision, and passion. You will take full ownership of the entire marketing function, encompassing growth strategy, campaign execution, funnel optimization, and meticulously crafting every word of customer-facing copy. You will operate with agility, conduct aggressive testing, and relish hands-on involvement.

This is an independent, high-autonomy role suited for an individual who can sustain the entire operational machine efficiently, free from multiple layers, bureaucracy, or hand-offs.

Your Primary Focus

• Build and execute the full-funnel growth strategy across paid, organic, email, and lifecycle marketing.
• Serve as the sole copywriter, meticulously crafting all advertisements, emails, landing pages, social posts, and product messaging.
• Conduct rigorous experiments, precisely measure performance, continuously optimize messaging, and scale successful initiatives.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of all growth initiatives—from strategy formulation to execution and iterative refinement.

Key Responsibilities

T-Shaped Growth Strategy

• Develop and effectively manage comprehensive acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
• Own messaging frameworks, value propositions, funnel architecture, and brand positioning.
• Coordinate directly and seamlessly with product, design, and leadership teams to ensure complete strategic alignment.

Direct Response Copywriting (Your Core Strength)

• Craft all marketing and product copy, including: Ads, Email sequences, Landing pages, Social content, In-app / product messaging, Blog and SEO content.
• Develop clear, highly compelling SaaS messaging deeply rooted in advanced persuasion psychology.
• Continuously refine copy based on critical metrics, evolving behavior patterns, and rigorous testing insights.

Hands-On Campaign Execution

• Implement full-funnel campaigns meticulously across multiple diverse channels.
• Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns, nurture sequences, landing pages, and various content assets.
• Conduct thorough A/B tests, perform detailed data analysis, and iterate rapidly based on findings.
• Own SEO/SEM copywriting responsibilities comprehensively from end-to-end.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of demonstrable experience in direct response copywriting and growth marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Proven track record as the primary copywriter for successful multi-channel campaigns.
• Native-level English (C2 proficiency) with exceptional clarity, persuasive writing, and storytelling capabilities.
• Profound understanding of B2B funnels, buyer psychology, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• A hands-on, self-directed operator profile, comfortable taking full ownership of tasks autonomously.
• Strong proficiency with essential tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, SEMrush, WordPress, and similar platforms.
• Highly organized, analytical, and consistently capable of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
• Bonus qualifications include certifications from Copyhackers, HubSpot, or Google Ads.
