About the Role
Our client in the home services space is seeking a Reputation Management Consultant to lead and scale their local listings and reputation strategy. This role will drive visibility, customer engagement, and revenue across platforms like Google Business Profile, Yelp, Meta, and Apple Maps.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize local listings across major platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and execute reputation management strategies (reviews, responses, sentiment tracking).
- Build scalable processes to improve local SEO, rankings, and conversion (calls, bookings, clicks).
- Establish KPIs and reporting tied to visibility, engagement, and revenue impact.
- Leverage analytics, AI, and automation to drive performance improvements.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams.
- Manage vendors and guide internal teams and franchise stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in local SEO, listings management, or reputation management (multi-location preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization and review strategy.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Yext, Podium, ReviewTrackers, or similar.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions.
- Proven ability to scale programs and communicate with stakeholders.
