Overview

The London office is seeking highly organised and motivated assistants for the Music Touring department. As a Music Touring Assistant, you will support music agents managing a diverse roster of clients.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain schedules with high attention to detail.
  • Answer calls on behalf of the agent.
  • Coordinate meetings and update artist schedules.
  • Organise Certificates of Sponsorship and visas worldwide.
  • Produce contracts for shows booked.
  • Manage show payments and chase deposits.
  • Collate ticket sales information for relevant parties.
  • Supervise tour artwork and announcements.
  • Develop relationships with managers, artists, venues, and promoters.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous assistant experience, preferably at a similar agency.
  • Strong understanding of the music industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload.
