The Role
CAA is seeking an Assistant based in Los Angeles for the Strategic Client Advisory department focusing on Film & TV dealmaking. In this role, you will support key executives, handle administrative tasks, and contribute to project management and research efforts to build industry insights and materials.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls, manage scheduling and expenses for key executives.
- Maintain internal infrastructure for initiatives using tools like Teams and OneDrive.
- Support research efforts and build materials such as memos and decks.
- Create and distribute a weekly newsletter covering film and TV industry news.
- Develop materials for client production companies including pitch decks and film slates.
- Update content supporting industry coverage, including org charts and news tracking.
- Manage calendars for buyer and industry events.
- Assist in planning and executing department-led events and miscellaneous projects.
Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
