Position Summary
The Associate Solutions Consultant joins the Pre-Sales team to design and present tailored solutions that showcase the value of the Creatio platform. In this entry-level role, you will gain hands-on experience in business process analysis, solution configuration, and product demonstration, while working closely with senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales cycles by assisting in preparing product demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments.
- Participate in discovery calls to document business requirements and success criteria.
- Help build and maintain demo environments, configure sample data, and customize workflows.
- Assist in developing demo scripts, customer journey documentation, and internal solution guides.
- Build foundational product knowledge and stay updated on new features and industry practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Demo Engineering, and Partner teams for aligned solution messaging.
- Contribute to process improvement by building demo libraries, FAQs, sales materials, and templates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer-facing, business analysis, support, or technical roles.
- Strong interest in CRM, digital transformation, and enterprise SaaS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn complex software concepts.
- Basic understanding of business applications like CRM, ERP, or customer engagement platforms.
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS, cloud computing, or low-code/no-code platforms.
- Prior internship or presales, consulting, sales, or IT experience.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle, ServiceNow, or Creatio.
- Familiarity with relational databases or SQL.
