Key Responsibilities

• Marketing & Branding: Use social platforms to attract, connect with, and inspire like-minded individuals from a heart centered space.
• Mindset & Growth Coaching: Mentor others through personal development and business systems while advancing your own mindset and growth.
• Ongoing Personal Development: Focus on your own self-improvement, mindset shifts, and skill growth to elevate your results.
• Community Engagement: Participate in live Zoom training, mastermind sessions, and group learning to expand your abilities.
• Communication & Leadership: Share insights, lead discussions, and guide others in a supportive, high-achieving community.
• Success Mentorship: Help others develop self-motivation, goal-setting skills, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Compensation

This is a performance-based role. Income potential ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 CAD annually, depending on individual effort, consistency, and results. This is not a fixed-salary position, and actual earnings may vary.
