At Creaitor.ai, we don't create pretty posts. We build LinkedIn sales systems for B2B SaaS companies. We achieve this without ads, trade shows, or cold outreach, but through psychologically sound positioning, trigger-based content, conversion-optimized profiles, and a clear DM & funnel system.

Your Mission

You will be end-to-end responsible for LinkedIn, not as a channel, but as a sales system. Specifically, this means:

  • Developing LinkedIn strategies with a clear goal: conversations & leads.
  • Translating target audience psychology into hooks, content, and messaging.
  • Building profiles that convert like landing pages.
  • Thinking about content always in the context of funnel & DM strategy.
  • Collaborating closely with founders & decision-makers on an equal footing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building LinkedIn as a sales system.
  • Developing and implementing holistic LinkedIn strategies for B2B clients.
  • Clear allocation of every piece of content to a funnel stage.
  • Systematic building of trust, intent, and conversations.
  • Psychologically effective content creation: writing posts with clear functions (Aha, Trust, Action), hooks based on fears, frustrations, goals, and decision triggers, using storytelling over technical essays, and employing lead magnets (PDFs, newsletters, case studies).
  • Profile optimization with a conversion focus: positioning and messaging in headline, about section, banner, and focus area; building funnel elements (CTA, lead magnet, appointment booking); treating the profile as a landing page, not a resume.
  • DM & messaging systems: developing intent-based messaging (likes, follows, profile visits); conducting conversations without pitching; qualifying and handing off to sales/founders; understanding automation and Sales Navigator.
  • Working with AI & Tools: leveraging AI for target audience analysis, hooks, and messaging variations; testing and optimizing based on data; contributing to the development of our AI systems.

Who We Are Looking For
