About the Sales Territory Manager – Houston, TX Role
This high-touch, field-based role focuses on Education, Hospitality, Government, and commercial markets (excluding healthcare). You will own the territory, build relationships within the A&D and end-user communities, and drive market penetration with premium architectural products.
Core Responsibilities
- Specify commercial building products to architects, designers, contractors, and facility managers.
- Conduct presentations, set appointments, and activate new accounts.
- Build long-term relationships and serve as a trusted resource.
- Travel across Houston, San Antonio, and South Texas.
Qualifications
- Based in Houston with 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Familiar with A&D community dynamics and hospitality verticals.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Energetic, collaborative mindset with cross-functional interaction.
