Job Description
The Director, Business Development – Food & Beverage is a strategic leadership role within CRB’s National Food & Beverage Region. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities across architecture, engineering, control systems integration, construction, and consulting services. Reporting to senior leadership, the role requires collaboration with key internal stakeholders and involves up to 70% national travel.
- Aggressively identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Present CRB’s value proposition to potential clients.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams for client engagements.
- Represent CRB at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events.
- Contribute to annual business development and budget planning.
Qualifications
Minimum of 12-15 years of business development experience in the AEC industry with a deep network within the Food & Beverage, Ingredients, and Consumer Products sectors. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Construction Management is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate success in national account management, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific tools.
