Role Overview
The Director, Business Development – Food + Beverage is a strategic leadership role within CRB’s National Food + Beverage Region. This role involves identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities across CRB’s full service range, which includes architecture, engineering, control systems integration, construction services, and consulting.
Responsibilities
- Aggressively identify and prospect new business opportunities on a national basis.
- Present CRB’s value proposition and lead client presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for client engagements and project execution.
- Represent CRB at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events.
- Develop annual Business Development plans and budgets for the Food + Beverage Region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 12-15+ years relevant experience in the AEC industry.
- Deep network and proven track record in the Food + Beverage, Ingredients, and Consumer Products sectors.
- Strong knowledge of market trends and service delivery methods including Design-Build and EPCM.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with leadership ability across teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; LinkedIn Navigator, Vision, and Industrial Information Resources are a plus.
Additional Information
