Job Description
The Cost Control Analyst III position requires a thorough understanding of preparing project labor and expense plans and forecasting via accounting and project management systems. The role focuses on risk mitigation through proactive monitoring and communication regarding labor and expenses.
Responsibilities
- Prepare project labor and expense plans.
- Forecast using accounting and project management systems.
- Provide risk mitigation by alerting management of potential issues.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of cost control policies and internal procedures.
- Communicate with the cost control team, Project Director/Manager, and field staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of eight years of related experience.
- Strong team orientation and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and accounting principles.
- Expertise in labor/cost planning and forecasting.
