Role: Senior UX Product Designer

As a Senior UX Product Designer, you will work on digital product design for web and app experiences in an agile environment. Your responsibilities include user research, interaction design, high fidelity prototypes, and collaboration with cross functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design user research, wireframes, and user flows.
  • Create high fidelity interfaces and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product management, technology, design and research teams.
  • Advocate for customer-focused design in agile teams.
  • Apply and contribute to the digital design system.
  • Partner with third-party providers for research if required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Expertise in User Research, Interaction Design, and Visual Design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in a collaborative cross-functional environment.
  • Solid problem solving and detail orientation.
  • Familiarity with retail industry and eCommerce is a plus.

Experience Required

Minimum 5+ years in UX Design, Visual Design, Information Architecture, Interaction Design or User Research. A Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI or equivalent is preferred.

Tools & Technologies

  • Figma, Axure (or similar wireframe software)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Remote Usability Testing/Web Conferencing services
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, Framer and other prototyping tools

Salary & Benefits

Minimum starting rate from $83,000 to $135,000 annually, with additional bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives based on role.

Location & Work Arrangement

This position can be remote or hybrid with reporting based from the Corporate Office in Chicago.
