Job Details

The Role

Crafty is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to support our growing Revenue team. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will reduce friction in the sales cycle, accelerate deal velocity, and refine our revenue and go-to-market strategy. You will connect across Biz Dev, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Implementation to uncover efficiency opportunities and support smarter decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize sales funnel metrics with actionable insights.
  • Design and implement RFP management processes.
  • Manage and update the sales territory model and refine ICP.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast revenue growth and align GTM plans.
  • Support Sales enablement and conduct sophisticated ad-hoc analyses.

Required Attributes

Strong analytical problem-solving skills, framework thinking, a process mindset, cross-functional communication, proactivity, and priority management are essential. Learning agility and intellectual curiosity are highly valued.

Ideal Experience

  • 5+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations, Consulting, Strategy or Biz Ops.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and SQL.
  • Experience with BI/Data Visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM or equivalent is preferred.
  • Background in fast-growing SaaS or Technology organizations is a plus.

Role Goals

  • Launch a real-time Sales funnel tracking report by H1 2026.
  • Improve RFP win rate through process enhancements by FY 2026.
  • Own and refresh the Sales territory model with updated ICP criteria by H1 2026.
