IT Specialist Business Process Automation

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI or any functions within Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Collaborate with users to gather requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements through automation.
  • Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and third-party applications via APIs and connectors.
  • Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot automated workflows to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation on workflows, logic, and configurations.
  • Provide user training and support on new and existing automated solutions.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping and automation principles.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization concepts is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Must own a working laptop (minimum Windows 10, 8GB RAM, SSD recommended) with a decent internet connection speed (minimum 20mbps). Corporate Laptops can be provided for certain areas.
  • Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English.
