Role Responsibilities
What will be your daily challenges:
- Deeply understand the business, flows, and rules of the products;
- Identify critical risks and failure points;
- Define test strategy by context (functional, integration, regression, etc.);
- Create optimized test scripts and templates for automation;
- Support teams in prioritizing what to test (and what NOT to test);
- Ensure the test strategy aligns with the roadmap and releases;
- Work closely with development and engineering teams to enable automation;
- Experience in risk-based test modeling;
- Experience with test automation;
- Ability to bridge business and technology.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who can:
- Define and structure the product test strategy, ensuring efficient coverage based on business risks, with a focus on scalability and automation;
- Complete Master's degree or in progress of Doctorate, or complete Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project-related activities;
- Availability for hybrid work in Campinas;
