Role Responsibilities

What will be your daily challenges:

• Deeply understand the business, flows, and rules of the products;
• Identify critical risks and failure points;
• Define test strategy by context (functional, integration, regression, etc.);
• Create optimized test scripts and templates for automation;
• Support teams in prioritizing what to test (and what NOT to test);
• Ensure the test strategy aligns with the roadmap and releases;
• Work closely with development and engineering teams to enable automation;
• Experience in risk-based test modeling;
• Experience with test automation;
• Ability to bridge business and technology.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who can:

• Define and structure the product test strategy, ensuring efficient coverage based on business risks, with a focus on scalability and automation;
• Complete Master's degree or in progress of Doctorate, or complete Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project-related activities;
• Availability for hybrid work in Campinas;

Desirable Skills

It will be a differential if you have:

• Knowledge in Telecom.
