UIUX Design Intern

Your critical analysis and thoughtful decision-making will contribute to our collective success.

What You Will Be Working On

• Designing in-house digital products with a cross-functional team.
• Developing prototypes from low fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Articulating design decisions to development teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with developers and product managers to implement designs.
• Contributing to and evolving CPF Board’s design system and style guides.
• Participating in technical design reviews and offering frontend insights.

What Are We Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Figma and a basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with design-to-developer handoff processes and collaboration tools.
• Strong empathy for users and capability to work with qualitative/quantitative data.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
