About You

You are fluent in Italian and English with over 4 years of relevant experience in paid marketing, growth, or demand-generation. Your expertise spans hands-on campaign management in SEM, PPC, Paid Social, and SEO. Revenue-driven, you optimize budgets and acquire new customers with a test-and-learn approach, using data and split tests to drive results.

The Role

As a GTM Growth PLG professional at Coverflex, you will manage and optimize campaigns to drive new customer acquisition through a PLG motion. Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and deploying targeted campaigns across channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Organic, etc.).
  • Building and refining an optimization and testing framework.
  • Establishing strong relationships with engineering, product management, and sales teams.
  • Designing and executing growth experiments end-to-end.
  • Reporting on KPIs and monitoring campaign performance.

The role leverages various tools such as Webflow, Make, Amplitude, Lemlist, Clearbit, Lightdash, Dreamdata, Segment, Airtable, Hubspot, among others.

Salary and Benefits

The gross annual package ranges from 30,000€ to 41,000€, complemented by welfare benefits, meal allowance, and more.
