The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will create and enhance new opportunities through multiple prospecting channels. Collaborate with the growth team to target the right prospects, work with Account Executives to convert deals, maintain a clean CRM (Hubspot), and build strong relationships with prospects. Analyze closed-lost leads to provide feedback and help shorten the sales cycle while meeting monthly quotas.

Salary & Hiring Process

This role offers a total gross package between €20,000 and €25,000 plus variable compensation and additional benefits. The hiring process includes CV Screening, Pre-Interview Quiz, Interview with Hiring Manager, Quick Chat with People, Case Study with Head of Sales + GM Spain, and a Final Interview with a Co-founder.
