About the Role

The VP Population Health will work with the Executive Leadership team to scale the company's AI oversight and quality assurance platform. This role sits at the intersection of payor and employer customers, radiology partners, and at-risk primary care groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with executives to refine and execute Population Health strategy.
  • Drive adoption among ACOs, PCP groups, and radiology facilities.
  • Align objectives with Covera’s payor and employer customers.
  • Lead pilot program teams transitioning to scaled deployments.
  • Collaborate across product, tech, AI, and analytics teams.
  • Establish KPIs and track performance with analytics teams.
  • Advise on strategic decisions impacting Population Health.
  • Participate in recruitment and cross-company projects.

Special Considerations

This remote-first role requires significant travel for partner meetings and industry events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years healthcare experience including healthtech, consulting, and enterprise healthcare.
  • Proven record in business development, sales, and strategic deal closing.
  • Deep understanding of value-based care and risk sharing models.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $225,000 to $275,000 plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
