About the Talent Acquisition Partner Role
This role is an opportunity for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner with strong full-cycle recruiting and health tech experience. You will own the hiring process for various roles including clinical operations, provider engagement, and population health. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to deliver an efficient, inclusive candidate experience from sourcing to offer.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer for multiple roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and strategies.
- Maintain communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate hiring team debriefs.
- Leverage ATS (Greenhouse) to manage candidate data and requisitions.
- Use recruiting metrics to drive process improvements and decisions.
- Source and engage passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 2+ years in health tech.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive talent.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver effective results.

Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $125,000, plus a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Final salary is determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.
