We are seeking a Financial Reporting & Audits Manager to lead audits and control assessments, encompassing both business processes and technology-driven initiatives. This critical role involves close collaboration with various teams to prepare and deliver essential documentation for external audit requests. You will gain a deep understanding of our end-to-end critical processes and controls, ensuring the sufficiency of both business and IT controls. Your responsibilities will include creating succinct documentation and reporting, ultimately empowering company leaders to enhance our risk posture and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and External Stakeholder Support: Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and reviews, preparing and providing technical memos, schedules, and necessary documentation.
• Ensure timely responses to audit requests, providing all required materials and disclosures.
• Collaborate closely with the FP&A team to address questions related to forecasts for impairment analysis and going concern, among other areas.
• Prepare and deliver clear and comprehensive explanations of financial statements and disclosures to auditors and other external stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial operating efficiency and overall operations.

To Help Us Level Up, You'll Ideally Have

• 4+ years of experience in financial reporting, with a strong emphasis on IFRS standards.
• Familiarity and practical experience with the application of IFRS Accounting standards in a tech and/or insurance services environment is preferred.
• Extensive experience in preparing financial statements, disclosures, and technical accounting memos, ideally within a global or multi-entity organisation.
• Prior experience with NetSuite and some reporting tool is preferred.
• A strong individual contributor capable of operating independently with experience in leading projects end-to-end.
• Must be proactive and be able to work well independently and partner effectively with organisational customers.
