Job Summary
We are actively recruiting a full stack staff software engineer to help the fastest growing e-commerce startup scale and bring operations to the next level. You will be reporting directly to our Head of Engineering and work very closely with our CTO. Your mission will include understanding all aspects of our logistics, supply chain, and operations and building, improving and maintaining the tools that our team uses daily to perform critical duties at the highest standards. We take operations very seriously. Doing so prepared us to scale to $500M in volume in under a year. You will help us scale the next 100x.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience inventing and building all aspects of complex software systems, preferably with appreciable experience in the manufacturing / logistics / fulfillment industries.
- You have high agency, and you don't let yourself be stuck on problems: you find a way to solve them so the business does not stop running.
- You are a "professional hacker" who can operate (no pun intended) without much guidance, and can exercise good judgment on improving existing software vs building something new. You enjoy problem solving and see building software as one efficient way to do so.
- You are passionate about building and maintaining software for teams within the company. In this job, your customers will be your coworkers, and their quality of life at work and their performance will depend on you.
- You understand that sometimes, the rocket must be launched and be completed in flight, and you feel comfortable doing so. This means that you may need to start operating the tools you build before you can hand them off to the people who they are destined for.
What You’ll Get In Return
- A dynamic and engaging environment focused on fostering real growth and innovation
- Opportunities to create amazing products that our customers truly love and value
- Comprehensive health insurance packages with dependent coverage
- Competitive salary with ample opportunities for career advancement and development
