Responsibilities

  • Edit 7-15 minute talking-head educational videos.
  • Maintain high-volume production with 5+ videos weekly.
  • Implement retention editing techniques for maximum engagement.
  • Contribute to channels aimed at achieving 400+ videos monthly.
  • Opportunity to advance to an editing team lead role.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience editing educational YouTube videos.
  • Experience producing videos with 100k+ views.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Deep knowledge of retention editing techniques.

Compensation

Base salary of $40,000 per year with a bonus pool ranging up to $5,000+ monthly based on performance.
