Responsibilities
- Edit 7-15 minute talking-head educational videos.
- Maintain high-volume production with 5+ videos weekly.
- Implement retention editing techniques for maximum engagement.
- Contribute to channels aimed at achieving 400+ videos monthly.
- Opportunity to advance to an editing team lead role.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience editing educational YouTube videos.
- Experience producing videos with 100k+ views.
- Fluency in English.
- Deep knowledge of retention editing techniques.
Compensation
Base salary of $40,000 per year with a bonus pool ranging up to $5,000+ monthly based on performance.
