Role Overview

The YouTube Producer & Creative Director is responsible for managing the production of 100 high-quality, educational talking-head videos per month. This role involves coordinating with creators, scriptwriters, thumbnail designers, and editors to produce content that drives engagement and conversion on YouTube.

Main Responsibilities

  • Choose and refine video titles based on current YouTube trends.
  • Coordinate with 10 creators to ensure quality content delivery.
  • Hire, manage, and review work of scriptwriters, thumbnail designers, and editors.
  • Maintain a production schedule to ensure 100 videos are published monthly.
  • Leverage advanced AI tactics in scriptwriting and content production.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as a producer or editor for educational talking head videos.
  • Deep understanding of YouTube platform, trends, and engagement tactics.
  • Highly self-motivated and process-oriented with an ability to manage complex video production schedules.
  • Must be available to work 40+ hours per week.

Compensation

This full-time remote position offers a base salary of $45,000 per year plus a monthly bonus pool based on video performance, which could increase earnings up to $10,000+ per month.
