Role Overview

As the YouTube Editing Manager, you will manage the production of 100 high-quality educational talking-head videos per month. This is a full-time remote role with a base salary and monthly bonus based on video performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee production of 100 YouTube videos monthly across 40 channels.
  • Coordinate with 10 creators to refine video titles, scripts, recordings, and edits.
  • Hire and manage a scriptwriter, thumbnail designer, and video editors.
  • Review all scripts, thumbnails, and edits to ensure quality.
  • Manage and maintain a strict production schedule for weekly releases.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a producer or editor of educational talking head videos.
  • Deep understanding of YouTube trends, titles, thumbnails, and editing techniques.
  • Self-motivated, process-oriented, and eager to learn AI scriptwriting techniques.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, results-driven environment with 40+ hours per week.

Compensation

Base salary of $45,000 per year with a monthly bonus pool based on the profit Channel performance. Potential bonus range from $0 to over $10,000 per month.
