About the Role

This remote, full-time role is for a YouTube Editing Manager & Producer to manage and produce 100 high-quality, educational talking-head videos per month.
Responsibilities
- Manage production of 100 YouTube videos per month.
- Coordinate with 10 creators for titles, scripts, recordings, and edits.
- Hire and oversee scriptwriter, thumbnail designer, and video editors.
- Review scripts, thumbnails, and video edits for quality.
- Organize production schedules ensuring consistent weekly publication.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year experience as a producer or editor for educational videos.
- Strong understanding of YouTube trends, titles, and thumbnails.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn AI scriptwriting techniques.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex, high-volume operations.
- Able to work 40+ hours per week in a results-only environment.
Compensation
Base salary of $45,000 per year plus a monthly bonus pool (potentially up to $10,000+ per month) based on CourseCareers' YouTube profits.
