This remote, full-time role is for a YouTube Editing Manager & Producer to manage and produce 100 high-quality, educational talking-head videos per month.

Responsibilities

  • Manage production of 100 YouTube videos per month.
  • Coordinate with 10 creators for titles, scripts, recordings, and edits.
  • Hire and oversee scriptwriter, thumbnail designer, and video editors.
  • Review scripts, thumbnails, and video edits for quality.
  • Organize production schedules ensuring consistent weekly publication.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year experience as a producer or editor for educational videos.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube trends, titles, and thumbnails.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn AI scriptwriting techniques.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex, high-volume operations.
  • Able to work 40+ hours per week in a results-only environment.

Compensation

Base salary of $45,000 per year plus a monthly bonus pool (potentially up to $10,000+ per month) based on CourseCareers' YouTube profits.
