Role Overview
The User Experience Researcher will join the UX Research team, working alongside Product Designers and collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, and other team members. This role focuses on planning, designing, and conducting research to understand educator, learner, and administrator challenges, and to inform product design decisions.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Plan and execute user research projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge gaps.
- Conduct usability tests, interviews, and surveys.
- Analyze data to derive actionable insights.
- Advocate research findings to enhance product design.
What You Will Bring To The Role
- Experience conducting primary research in UX contexts.
- Proficiency in various research methods such as literature reviews, usability testing, and interviews.
- Ability to manage participant recruitment and ensure confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to share insights effectively.
- A passion for understanding education and learning workflows.
