Job Overview

The Project Manager, Talent Insights is a data-driven role within the Performance Excellence function, supporting HR and Recruiting. You will analyze complex data, generate forecasts, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR and recruiting data to identify trends and risks.
  • Build forecasts and scenario models for organizational strategy.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations with internal Analytics teams.
  • Track cross-functional initiatives spanning HR, Recruiting, and Corporate teams.
  • Ensure data integrity with regular quality checks and validation processes.
  • Collaborate with system owners and data stewards to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Communicate complex insights clearly to senior leadership.
  • Raise flags and provide proactive data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

7–10 years' experience in HR analytics, recruiting operations, workforce planning, or similar fields. Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization tools is required. Strong communication, storytelling, and program management skills are essential, along with the ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Bilingual in English & Korean is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a global, fast-paced environment and familiarity with Workday, ATS platforms, or HRIS systems.
