You’ll help us use football’s global reach to inspire climate action by creating content that feels fresh, fan-first, and emotionally resonant. This role sits at the intersection of social media management and talent coordination, helping bring the campaign to life across digital channels while supporting relationships with creators, players, and talent partners. You’ll plan and post social and digital content, work with players and clubs, brief creators, work with talent agents, and keep everything running smoothly across our busy campaign.
If you’ve got most of what’s listed below - and the curiosity and drive to learn the rest - we’d love to hear from you. The successful candidate will be highly organized, social-first, and comfortable working with agents and creators in a fast-moving campaign environment.
What you’ll do
Social:
- Identify and source compelling football stories aligned with the campaign.
- Write and post across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with creators, players, and club partners to make stories worth sharing.
- Monitor channels for engagement, comments, and community activity.
- Track what’s working, learn from it, and keep improving.
- Support with comms materials and managing relationships with partners.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, working autonomously and collaboratively.
- Track performance metrics and support reporting on growth and engagement.
Talent:
- Act as a key point of contact for talent agents and representatives.
- Share campaign information, updates, and deliverables with agents.
- Manage inbound queries and coordinate responses with the campaign team.
- Maintain and update a central database of talent asks, commitments, and deliverables.
- Identify and reach out to new talent agents or representatives aligned with the campaign.
- Help coordinate talent participation in campaign content and activations.
What you’ll bring
- At least 3 years of experience in social, content, or comms with a portfolio of work demonstrating an individual creative response to questions.
- Experience tracking and reporting social performance metrics.
- A real feel for US football (soccer) culture and online trends, and a passion for the game.
- Ability to deliver excellent creative content from start to finish, including managing external support (e.g., video makers).
- Strong writing skills and a good creative eye with an understanding of original excellence.
- Confidence juggling projects and people.
- Curiosity, motivation, and consistency - the rest can be learned.
- Imagination and bravery to say your ideas out loud.
