Role Overview

The Media Performance & Partnerships Intern at Coty offers an opportunity to develop unique expertise in digital media planning, activation, optimization, and analysis across platforms like TikTok, Meta, Netflix, and Spotify. Based at the global headquarters in Paris, this international role will allow you to collaborate with teams and partners across all continents.

Responsibilities

As a Media Performance & Partnerships Intern, you will be at the heart of media analysis, optimization, and innovation. Your primary objective is to contribute to the measurement and continuous improvement of media ROI through media innovation, data, and partnerships, supported by advanced tools providing real-time performance insights. During your internship, you will become an expert in the following levers:
  • Retail Media – Advertisements displayed directly on e-commerce sites (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
  • Paid Social – Advertising campaigns on social networks (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Programmatic CTV, OLV & Display – Automated buying of video and display advertising space through programmatic platforms (YouTube, TF1, Netflix, etc.)
  • Paid Search – Sponsored ads displayed on search engines (e.g., Google Ads)
Your main missions will include:
  • Analyzing media performance using our tools and partners (dashboards, Marketing Mix Modeling, audits, media platforms such as TikTok Business Manager).
  • Contributing to the preparation and consolidation of reports (monthly performance reports, media effectiveness, creative quality reports).
  • Supporting the deployment of the Coty MediaLab (internal media lab for experiences and innovations) and the adoption of new digital guidelines issued by the Media Performance & Partnerships team.
  • Collaborating with agencies and media partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) on tracking new developments and performance.
  • Assisting markets and brands with their ad hoc needs (best practices, upskilling).

You enjoy understanding media dynamics, analyzing data, and proposing concrete optimizations. As a Media Performance Intern, you are rigorous, curious, and collaborative, drawing energy from teamwork in an international and demanding environment. Additionally, you:
  • Have a good understanding of digital marketing (paid social, programmatic, retail media, search).
  • Are comfortable analyzing data.
  • Are comfortable working in English, both written and spoken.
