Position Purpose

The Senior Director of Human Resources is a strategic, people-focused leader responsible for guiding regional HR managers across multiple sites. This role ensures compliant HR practices and champions a positive, inclusive workplace culture while serving as the key advisor for complex employee relations issues.

Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Oversee resolutions of complex employee relations issues, develop and implement consistent HR policies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Strategic Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor regional HR teams, translate corporate initiatives into actionable regional plans, and establish performance metrics.
  • Talent Management & Support: Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives while guiding effective performance management and career growth frameworks.
  • HR Operations Oversight: Collaborate with benefits, payroll, and HRIS teams to ensure data integrity and effective employee status management.
  • Additional Leadership: Build relationships with C-level executives and regional leadership while participating in special projects.

Employment Standards

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a multi-site leadership role is needed.

What We Offer

Competitive base salary ($125,000 - $150,000 per year) with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, health coverage, life insurance, parental leave, PTO, employee assistance, and tuition reimbursement.
