Sales Associate

Role Overview

This part time hourly paid position is based in Mesquite, TX, with a wage rate of $10.50/hr. You will drive the in-store experience, showcasing the latest trends and promotions while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create an exciting, fun and friendly store experience.
• Guide customers with current styles and promotional offers.
• Support team members and drive results through collaboration.
• Manage retail principles such as sales, stock, and service delivery.
• Assist with merchandising to enhance store performance.

Skills & Experience

A passion for products, fashion and trends, along with retail experience (preferably fast fashion) is required. Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills are key, as well as the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Regularly perform squatting, kneeling, and using ladders safely.
