As a Business Development Specialist, you will create revenue opportunities by consulting with property owners affected by property damage events, responding rapidly 24/7 and building trust in the early hours following an event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to property owners and empathize to ease their burden.
  • Communicate Cotton’s suite of services to affected property owners.
  • Familiarize with territory to improve response times.

Required Skills, Background and Knowledge

Applicants should have five years of experience in restoration, military, fire department, EMS, police, customer service, construction, insurance, or sales. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency with common business software such as Microsoft Office is expected. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, flexible, with excellent communication skills, and thrives in high stress, fast-paced situations.
