Overview
The Senior Manager Human Resources Business Partner at Cotiviti will serve as a key strategic and tactical HR leader within a business unit or functional leadership team. This role partners with various HR team members and acts as an employee champion and change agent while driving initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals, provide HR expertise on talent management, leadership development, succession planning and ensure behaviors align with corporate values.
Organizational Capability: Build capability through developmental planning, succession strategies, performance management systems, and effective communication of HR programs.
Change Management: Lead change management initiatives during restructurings or mergers ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
Employee Relations: Work with employee relations to resolve issues, guide managers on performance and conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Culture: Identify obstacles and opportunities to drive engagement, retention, and a positive work environment.
HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize data to drive improvements, prepare quarterly reports, and lead the HR team to ensure high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration/HR with 10-15 years of HR experience and 5+ years as a Senior HR Business Partner. SPHR/SHRM-CP preferred. Must possess excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability in strategic thinking and employee advocacy.
Cognitive/Mental & Physical Requirements
Must be capable of strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment. Requires high-speed internet, a dedicated secure work area, and occasional travel up to 10%.
Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation ranges from $115,000 to $145,000 per year, with discretionary bonus potential. Cotiviti offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid family leave, paid holidays, and PTO.
