Overview
The Data Solution Specialist role at Cotiviti is part of the Implementation team and partners with various divisions and leadership levels. This role is focused on the successful implementation of new and recurring projects while driving process improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage milestone tracking and task execution for projects.
- Document and report issues, risks, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Perform data quality checks and write data transformation specifications.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of medical claims datasets.
Other Responsibilities
- Participate in process improvement and adoption of technologies.
- Produce scheduled reports and validate data.
- Coordinate issue resolution with client teams.
- Provide occasional off-hours support and travel as needed.
- Engage in global conference calls for international collaboration.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field is preferred. Professional experience involving business analysis, client data handling, relational databases, SQL, Smartsheet, JIRA, and Agile processes is essential. The role also demands strong analytical, organizational, technical, and communication skills, combined with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually. Cotiviti offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid family leave, paid holidays, and PTO.
Work Arrangement
This position is based remotely with all interviews conducted virtually.
