Responsibilities
- Lead full project life cycle for Drupal-based projects.
- Coordinate team tasks and manage product backlog.
- Plan work, manage milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements to user stories.
- Ensure quality delivery through follow-up and verification.
- Prepare reusable project documentation.
- Participate in RFP analysis and drafting public sector offers.
- Manage client communications with presentations and progress reviews.
Requirements
- Degree in ICT, Telecommunications or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Certifications like SCRUM Manager, PSM/PSPO, or PMP are a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience leading web projects.
- Experience in managing web portals or apps; familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Drupal and other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of usability, accessibility, and SEO principles.
- Familiarity with public administration and documentation standards.
- Experience using project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.).
- English proficiency is a plus.

- Geographic Information Systems (GIS) knowledge.
- Experience with SmartCity projects and public sector.
