About The Role

This role bridges the Analytics team with the Customer Success team. You will translate business needs into analytical requirements and facilitate the adoption of insights by end-users. Reporting to the Lead Data Analytics Consultant, you will advocate for business users, ensuring analytics solutions are valuable, relevant, and widely adopted. As a senior-level contributor, you will work on complex issues, exercising independent judgment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions with Customer Success stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points.
  • Translate business insights into precise analytical requirements and user stories.
  • Act as intermediary between Customer Success and Analytics to communicate business and technical needs.
  • Conduct preliminary data exploration utilizing tools like Excel and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to interpret findings and articulate business impact.
  • Drive adoption of analytics dashboards through training and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes using data-driven insights.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and performance indicators.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Customer Success leaders and team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Foundational ability to write simple SQL for data retrieval.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, Excel, Power BI, and documentation tools.
  • Expertise in writing clear user stories in JIRA.
  • Strong understanding of customer success operations and KPIs.

Must-to-Have Skills

  • Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency with experience on large datasets.
  • Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong data visualization expertise using Power BI or Tableau.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with insurance claims data or the insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of advanced data visualization techniques beyond basic charting.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual pay range: 65,200 - 87,900 USD.
