Assistant Store Manager CosmoProf

As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager in all areas and handle primary duties in their absence. You manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer has a great experience by overseeing store operations, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing customer experience and store operations.
- Overseeing sales goals, budgets, expenses and inventory.
- Ensuring team follows safety, security and company policies.
- Fostering diversity, inclusion and belonging.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years in retail sales/customer service.
- 1 year of sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus.
- Passion for hair and beauty.

Additional Information:
This role requires physical exertion including standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada.
