Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Media Specialist to take charge of in-platform media buying for Google Ads and Meta. Reporting directly to the Director of Media, this specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and lead specialists to drive new patient acquisition across all Cosmetic Physician Partners clinics. You will be responsible for planning and executing media campaigns, with a strong emphasis on achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage media buying and campaign execution for 10–15 clinics.
- Own media planning and optimization across Meta and Google Search platforms.
- Monitor and improve account performance to ensure campaigns meet efficiency and volume targets.
- Build reports and share actionable insights with internal teams and clinic partners.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of agency or media buying experience with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
- Expertise in both paid social and paid search, specifically with Google and Meta platforms.
- Understanding of both performance and brand marketing tactics.
