In line with growth, especially in the food retail and drugstore sectors, we are looking for a creative Account Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who will strengthen the interface between marketing and sales and, together with retail partners, implement effective measures and visible placements at the POS.

Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of effective POS measures for food retail and drugstores (e.g., displays, on-shelf communication, bundles, promotions, etc.).
- Adaptation and rollout of campaigns to the specific requirements of the respective accounts in close coordination with sales, to optimally combine assortments, placements, and promotions.
- Development and maintenance of a marketing toolbox for the Key Account Management (KAM) team.
- Close coordination with the marketing managers of retail partners and internal teams (Sales & Trade Marketing).
- Analysis of sales figures and derivation of effective measures for visibility and revenue.
Your Profile
- Commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Handelsfachwirt) or a degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Communication.
- Professional experience in Trade Marketing or Account Marketing, ideally in the FMCG, food retail, or drugstore sector, as well as confident handling of POS mechanics of major retailers.
- Structured, clear way of working and enjoyment of close collaboration with sales and retail partners.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Confident use of O365 and experience with CRM are advantageous.
