The Role

In the role of Online Brand Protection Analyst - Spanish/Portuguese, you will report to the Brand Protection Client Manager and work closely with them and your colleagues to provide strategic support for one of our largest and most advanced customers. You will focus on maintaining a safe online environment by eliminating IP infringements globally, helping ensure that creativity is rewarded and harmful products are kept off the market.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Monitor and analyze online content from various platforms for IP infringements.
  • Conduct online enforcement by reporting infringing content and managing pushbacks from platforms.
  • Collect, collate, research, and analyze data from Corsearch systems and external sources to identify trends.
  • Provide clients with insights, recommendations, and support through data-driven presentations.
  • Collaborate with team members, participate in client meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong interest in online brand protection and intellectual property.
  • Fluent Spanish and Portuguese language skills with excellent English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet tools.
  • Client-facing experience is a plus.
