Role Responsibilities
- Own and drive customer strategy and success metrics.
- Serve as the primary escalation point while collaborating with global teams.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and share best practices with customers.
- Monitor customer health and report performance feedback regularly.
- Work cross-departmentally with delivery, enforcement, legal, sales, product, and tech teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, legal changes, and technological advancements.
- Leverage tools including Salesforce, Timely, Freshdesk, Asana, and Corsearch platforms.
- Participate and speak at industry events during thought leadership initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience in Brand Protection or a related role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluency in Spanish with the ability to monitor and ensure service excellence.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and risk mitigation skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to make difficult decisions and problem-solve.
