Role Summary
As a Lead Instructor Machine Learning Data Associate, you will deliver high-quality, live virtual instruction and partner with company personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes. You will prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions, manage classroom dynamics for learner groups ranging from 20 to over 8,000, and collaborate with operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery.
Program Details
There are two cohorts:
- Machine Learning Data Associate 1: For bilingual instructors (German and English). Program runs from May 4, 2026 to September 23, 2026 on Mondays & Wednesdays (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM EST / 19:00 - 21:00 CEST).
- Machine Learning Data Associate 2: For instructors fluent in English. Program runs from May 19, 2026 to October 8, 2026 on Tuesdays & Thursdays (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET / 17:00 – 19:00 CEST).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and lead live virtual classroom sessions.
- Deliver technical content and manage class Q&A effectively.
- Collaborate with operations for schedule adherence and lesson design.
- Adjust lesson pace and content based on learner needs.
Your Expertise
- Bilingual proficiency is required for cohort 1.
- Strong technical ML knowledge and data annotation background.
- Expertise in SOP-driven workflow and quality assurance.
- Ability to deliver structured, accessible virtual instruction.
- Experience in curriculum development and adaptive teaching.
