As a Lead Instructor, you will be instrumental in delivering Correlation One's diverse training programs. Your primary responsibility will be to educate learners in our programs, working alongside operations personnel to achieve outstanding learning outcomes. You will primarily deliver large-format lectures to hundreds of learners virtually, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience. This is a part-time, contract position. We are hiring in advance for a program scheduled to launch in Q3 2026.A Day in the Life
Before the program begins, you will complete mandatory administrative instructor training. All classes are conducted virtually via Zoom and other online collaboration tools like Slack. * Lead virtual classroom instruction for large groups (hundreds of learners) within our programs. * Deliver engaging instruction using Correlation One's provided Cybersecurity content. * Prepare thoroughly for all assigned live sessions, offering constructive feedback on the curriculum. * Share additional expertise and resources from the broader Cybersecurity community. * Opportunity to develop casework and curriculum for additional compensation, if interested.Your Expertise
* 8+ years of experience in the Cybersecurity field, supported by a degree or strong credentials. * Proven teaching experience, ideally in a remote setting, or practical experience training junior to mid-level cybersecurity professionals in group environments. * Exceptional educator with a genuine passion for teaching and student development. * A degree in a technical field and/or relevant industry experience in a technical role. Postgraduate and research work at top institutions are considered significant advantages. * Proficiency in using the Unix terminal, particularly with cybersecurity applications. * Outstanding team and people management skills. * Familiarity with topics including Networking, Kali Linux, Endpoint Security, and CompTIA Security+ Certification training, Triage. * Industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent) are highly preferred. * Fluency in both English and Arabic.Location
