The Director of Learning Experience Design at Correlation One plays a critical role in shaping and executing transformative educational programs for enterprise clients. A Day in the Life

The Director will define learning objectives and course outlines, manage content development from inception to completion, and serve as a thought partner for enterprises undergoing digital transformation. Key responsibilities include tracking progress against goals and integrating enterprise-specific language and milestones into content.

Your Expertise

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in learning design, especially in live, synchronous environments. Expertise in corporate training, GenAI upskilling programs, and digital transformation is essential. The role requires strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data and AI.

Where You Are

This is a remote role aligned with the EST time zone, with a strong preference for candidates in Canada. The company is headquartered in New York City with office space in Midtown Manhattan.
