About the Role

Corpay is seeking a Payment Data Solutions Specialist within our Corpay Payables division. In this role, you will act as a liaison between Corpay, our clients, and vendors to ensure seamless data transfer between ERP systems and Corpay Applications. Reporting to the Customer Success Team Manager, you will work closely with Implementation, Product, IT, and Client Success teams.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage data transfer and ERP conversion projects
  • Report status to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Update and maintain solution documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical data transmission issues
  • Input accurate client and project information
  • Attend daily stand-ups and project meetings
  • Follow internal policies when interacting with stakeholders
  • Communicate sensitive payment information clearly
  • Escalate client or vendor concerns appropriately
  • Identify vendor needs and document accurately
  • Build strong internal relationships
  • Meet both qualitative and quantitative goals
  • Handle ePHI/PHI according to policy

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Understanding of data formats and transformation
  • Experience troubleshooting file issues
  • Basic accounting principles
  • API and third-party app interaction experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • 1–2 years of technical project leadership
  • 2–3 years of ETL experience in financial services
  • Familiarity with SQL, JSON, data mapping, and transformations
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Electronic Payments workflows
  • Experience in Sales or Collections is a plus
