The Opportunity: SDR

CoreWeave is seeking a motivated and talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to help turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales. You will create and execute outbound lead generation campaigns, specifically targeting the Machine Learning and AI sector. This role requires outbound messaging, qualification, consultative selling skills, and tight collaboration with Account Executives to generate new opportunities. This is not a silo position; it's ideal for a collaborative and energetic individual seeking career growth and upward mobility within our fast-paced sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop opportunities for the sales team by prospecting into high-target accounts.
  • Follow up with marketing-generated leads.
  • Interact with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls, ensuring high customization and attention to detail.
  • Consistently achieve qualified meeting quotas to contribute to quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce.com.
  • Quickly learn CoreWeave's product(s) and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • React to objections and competitive questions with informed responses.
  • Research accounts, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target markets and stay up-to-date on industry news.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures.
  • Proven ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
  • Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Thrives in a competitive environment.
  • Tech startup experience.
  • Salesloft / Outreach experience.
  • Experience in business development and/or sales roles.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or comparable CRM.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000 per year with an additional $20,000 bonus, paid quarterly. Starting salary is determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, striving for both market alignment and internal equity. Our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
