You will serve as the primary owner of onboarding administration while also supporting the design, iteration, and scaling of onboarding programs. You’ll partner closely with People Partners, Recruiting, IT, and Hiring Managers to deliver a seamless new hire experience and continuously improve how we bring employees into the organization.

  • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or risks within onboarding workflows and recommend practical, implementable improvements
  • Track onboarding metrics and trends, flagging bottlenecks and opportunities for program or process enhancements

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related operational role
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own and execute high-volume, detail-oriented processes
  • Experience supporting onboarding or employee experience program design
  • Working knowledge of core HR processes and employee lifecycle administration
  • Experience using Workday and digital tools; strong comfort learning new systems
  • Familiarity and interest in leveraging AI tools for HR operations
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to organize and interpret data
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or shared inbox workflows
  • Interest in HR analytics or process measurement
  • Exposure to agile or continuous improvement methodologies
