What You’ll Do

As the Integrations and AI Manager, you work at the intersection of business systems, intelligent agents, and internal product development. You will build and manage a portfolio of AI agents, internal tools, and automations that enable high-impact business operations such as GTM, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Security, and Data Center Operations.

  • Manage first-party internal products using React/TypeScript and Node.js/Go.
  • Own and evolve CoreWeave’s integration platform connecting ERP, CRM, and more.
  • Evaluate and integrate GenAI platforms and agent frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to boost automation and performance.
  • Lead by example with hands-on coding, reviews, and design discussions.

About The Role

You will deliver secure, scalable, and performant integrations and internal tools, define clear KPIs, and drive transformational execution of an agentic workforce. The role requires a pragmatic mindset capable of both strategic oversight and hands-on building.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years experience in enterprise integration, internal tooling, and intelligent automation.
  • Proven full-stack application architect with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Go.
  • Experienced with GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, Gemini) and agent frameworks.
  • Strong communicator translating technical solutions to business value.
  • A hands-on builder ready to lead and execute in a fast-paced environment.
